FastBikes-USA Manufacturing
At FastBikes-USA we design our own line of performance products and manufacture them in house in our CNC Machining Department. FastBikes-USA also manufactures and supplies performance parts to the Automotive and Motorcycle after market.
All FastBikes-USA products are taken from concept to completion by motorcycle enthusiasts for motorcycle enthusiasts. Concepts start out as ideas which become 3D visual models using our Solidworks CAD software. Once the model has been tweaked and refined to the point were we are completely satisfied that it meets all the original design criteria, we import the model into a Computer Aided Manufacturing software program. The CAM software allows us to generate machine software code that will guide the computer controlled machining and turning centers through the machining of the part.
After we machine the first prototypes we can check the new product for proper fit, cosmetic appearance and perform destructive strength testing if appropriate for the particular part being manufactured. Usually at this time we decide to make minor changes to the design for reasons of better fitment or appearance and we go back to the CAD model and start the process over.
Only after we are satisfied that the product meets all expectations, and that it is a product that we would be proud to run on our own bikes, is it released for production. Because we do all of our own design, programming and manufacturing here in house, and sell directly to you the customer, we are able to offer a combination of high quality and affordable pricing that's difficult to find elsewhere.
