FastBikes-USA is a motorcycle performance shop based in Wyoming Michigan, a suburb of Grand Rapids. We are enthusiasts with a passion for motorcycles and the feeling of power and freedom they bring. FastBikes-USA has a knowledgeable, dedicated team that focuses on engine building, dyno tuning, suspension service, and custom machining.

Our shop is fully equipped with high quality equipment and our staff has the experience to do everything from basic rebuild work to full-on race engine mods and most anything in between.

FastBikes-USA also operates a complete CNC machining facility and CAD design department which allows us to design and manufacture our own unique parts in-house. Who we are:

FastBikes-USA was formed in 1997 by motorcycle enthusiast Gary Geukes as a part time side business. Gary started FastBikes in response to requests from friends and acquaintances for his engine building and cylinder head porting expertise. In little more than 2 years the business grew to the point that it justified becoming a full time affair, so in 2000 FastBikes-USA became a full time enterprise. As a hopeless perfectionist, Gary knew he wanted to concentrate on doing a few things very well, rather then trying to be all things to all people. With that in mind, business was focused toward performance engine building, cylinder head work, dyno tuning, and machining. FastBikes-USA's reputation grew, and before long were drawing customers from out of state and performing contract cylinder head porting for some top AMA national teams.

As the business continued to grow it became necessary to bring another key person on board, so in 2003 Scott joined the team. Scott brought with him years of experience as a top notch motorcycle technician, including factory Honda and Ducati certification. Scott’s role was to take over many of Gary’s responsibilities as engine builder and tuner, allowing Gary to put more focus on developing the newly formed CNC manufacturing side of the business. Scott instantly took to the new high tech equipment at his disposal and built his own reputation as a top level tuner and engine builder.

By early 2009 the CNC manufacturing side of the business was getting to be too much work for Gary and Scott to handle on their own. So in late 2009 Mark Wiersema joined the Fastbikes USA team to help design and develop new products and increase web sales through online advertising and marketing. Mark will be a great fit at Fastbikes-USA due to his passion for motorcycles, prior education, and experience in design and manufacturing.

Gary’s education and background is in electronics and mechanical engineering, Scott is an MMI graduate with 15 years experience as a motorcycle technician and tuner, and Mark is a Mechanical Engineer from MTU.

What we do:

FastBikes-USA is a complete motorcycle performance shop specializing in engine building and tuning of Sportbikes, Metric Cruisers and Harley Davidson “Twin Cam” motorcycles. FastBikes-USA has a state of the art Superflow Dyno facility, cylinder head porting department, and full machine shop, allowing us to cover all aspects of engine building and tuning “in house”. FastBikes-USA also has full CAD design and CNC machining capabilities, allowing us to develop and sell our own unique high quality parts directly to our customers at very affordable prices, and all are 100% designed and manufactured here at FastBikes-USA .

Whether it's engine building, dyno tuning, cylinder boring or any one of the techincal services we perform at Fastbikes-USA, our goal is to perform our work at the very highest standards.
